My name is John Real.

I am a (Certified Personal Trainer) with over 10 years of experience. I also have a vast knowledge of self-defence. I specialize in weight-loss, lean muscle-mass and self-defence training programs.

I have a real love and passion for my career and I have helped over 200 people to look great, feel great, and lose the weight! I’m a very motivated, energentic, (Certified Personal Trainer), as well as an experienced and disciplined (Self-Defence Instructor.)

I will help you to be the best you, you can be! My work-outs are not going to be the same old boring routines that are out there. I’ve taken the best work-outs from my diverse weight training background and my Martial Arts background to make your training experience the most effective it can be! My training programs are not the avarage style and they get resuts! I will push you to places you never thought you could go! I design safe, effective, and fun programs to meet individuals needs and groups as well.
