I tailor exercise programs to improve an individual’s physical capacity (strength / endurance) to meet the functional requirements of a job and/or their Activity of Daily Living requirements. This may be in a clinical environment, a gym based program, a work based intervention, or a home centered exercise intervention with the goal of improving routine, work capacity and self management.

I believe in circuit training and changing up work-outs regularly to get the best results!

Cardiovascular exercise (aerobic exercise) forms an important pillar within the entire anti-aging exercise program. It is one of the greatest anti-aging bullets that is available to anyone. I incorporate (Muay Thai-Drills, Boxing-Drills, Karate-Drills, Sports-Drills) and many other anaerobic based exercises. By incorporating my vast knowledge of cardio drills into your work-outs, you will not hit a plateau and your cardiovascular system will excel at a faster rate guaranteed!

Finally, cardio exercise increases body temperature which has been known to have calming effects on people as well as releasing natural endorphins. These endorphins fill you with energy, feelings of happiness, and are a great help to relieve stress in all areas of your life.
